End your day with an unforgettable sunset experience, surrounded by spectacular ocean views and the chance to spot dolphins or whales in their natural habitat. We are in Funchal Bay, and we look towards the horizon. Do you know what we see? Absolutely nothing! No buildings, towers, or bridges. Only nature, an endless ocean, a constant line that balances day and night, and with the 3 Desert Islands there in the background, a little to the left. Come on board with us on a dream journey, where besides sighting dolphins and/or whales, you can swim in the warm waters accompanied by the sunset. We sail out for 3 hours so that you can experience this unique spectacle of colour that changes every day and reflects in the calm ocean along our coast. The catamaran leaves from Funchal Marina, Pier 8, heading out 5 to 6 miles from the coast, where we will try to spot the cetaceans. If the weather and the sea conditions are good, the catamaran will stop for a swim in Fajã do Cabo Girão and will return near the coast to Funchal. In case we don’t see any dolphins or whales, we offer a second trip! (Refunds only apply for trips canceled due to bad weather conditions.) The boat has toilets, a bar with snacks and drinks, and covered areas to protect from the sun and rain.
