Good (long) day tour, but allows you to see two must-do sites if your time is short in Krakow. While I prefer small group tours, you will be in groups at each site. The coach was comfortable and was a means of transportation.

I was torn whether to give 3 or 4 stars... We were taken to salt mines in the morning and the afternoon was left for Auschwitz-Birkenau. Unfortunately by the time we left Auschwitz it was dark so the entire Birkenau tour was in the dark (and rain) with the flashlights from our phone to navigate the streets and puddles. Our tour guide was soft spoken so at Birkenau without a headset for the tour you couldn't hear lost of what she was saying. Tour of salt mines was good. Tour guide kept the large group together and moving so that was not the issue with darkness at Birkenau. The problem was it should have been the first tour, instead of last. Salt mines are indoors so darkness does not impact the tour. Bus "tour leader" was along for the ride, didn't really do much talking or keeping order/timing so we didn't end up in the dark.

Our driver was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The tour guides at both places did a wonderful job.
