What your day looks like

Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour is one of the travelers’ favorite tours in Cusco. You’ll be able to visit Awacancha (Alpaca and Llama farm), the Ancient tombs of Pisaq, the handicraft market, and the beautiful town of Ollantaytambo. From Ollantaytambo, you’ll take the train to Aguas Calientes and spent the night ina 3-star hotel. The second day is visiting the World Heritage Site, Machu Picchu citadel, visiting the Sungate or Inca Bridge, terraces, palaces, temples. Later you’ll take the Vistadome Panoramic train back to Cusco.

Day 1

Cusco

Cusco - Pisaq - Maras - Moray - Ollantaytambo You will be picked up from your hotel at 8: 00 am and drive for 30 minutes to the Awanacancha, alpaca farm, here you will meet the 4 South American camels (Llamas, Alpacas, Vicuñas, and Guanacos)

Sightseeing at Pisac. Then drive towards Pisaq archeological site and Local market. In the local market, you can bargain handcrafted souvenirs and drive for 1 hour along the Vilcanota River to Urubamba, Lunch will be at a local restaurant with fresh products and different choices.

Sightseeing at Ollantaytambo. After lunch, walk along the Ancient Inca street in Ollantaytambo.

Dinner is served in a Local restaurant in Ollantaytambo.

Board the train to Aguas Calientes, the city in the lower part of Machu Picchu. Spend the night in a 3-star hotel.

Day 2

Cusco

Hiking at Machu Picchu. Discover Machu Picchu - Back to Cusco Wake up early in the morning (breakfast in the hotel) in order to take the first bus and watch the sunrise at Machu Picchu. You will have 3 hours guided tour by your English speaking guide showing you the best of this legendary lost city build between heaven and earth surrounded by magnificent mountains.

Hiking at Huayna Picchu. Then, you will have free time to explore Machu Picchu by yourself or climb the Huayna Picchu or Machupicchu mountain (optional, book in advance).

When you are done exploring, you will catch the bus back to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included). After, you will take the Panoramic Vistadome train and bus back to Cusco, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
