Puno: Uros Reef Floating Islands & Taquile Island

What your day looks like

Tour Lake Titicaca on a full-day excursion. The morning starts at Puno Port, where we will take a motor boat to the Uros Islands, where friendly locals will welcome us to their floating totora reed homes. The islands were buit with lake straw, giving them a unique swaying sensation beneath your feet. Later, we will move on to Taquile Island, where the people preserve ancestral customs and will greet you with colorful traditional garments. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the island and be amazed by its beautiful lake views. We will enjoy a traditional lunch prepared with ingredients typical of the area, and return to Puno in the afternoon.
