What your day looks like
Modern and full of life, historical and intense. This is Lima, the center of the viceroyalty, a city that has it all. Come with us on an exclusive city tour and discover its magic for yourself. We will tour Lima's streets and plazas, starting at the Love Park in Miraflores, which boasts a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. We will then head to the Huaca Pucllana, the ceremonial center of Lima's culture, and San Isidro, the financial center of the city. After this, we will go on to the Main Square where the Government Palace and the Town Hall are located. We will visit the Cathedral and explore the Santo Domingo Convent, whose corridors San Martin de Porras and San Rosa de Lima used to walk around in the 17th century. Their remains rest onsite today.

Lima Cathedral is not open Saturday afternoons or Sunday mornings. If these times overlap with the tour itinerary, we will visit Huaca Huallamarca instead. You may not enter religious sites wearing shorts. Flash photography is not permitted in the Cathedral.
Meeting & Pickup
The tour departs from Lima hotels located in the areas of Miraflores, San Isidro or Lima Downtown. If your hotel is located in an area outside our reach, you need to coordinate an appropriate meeting point with us ahead of time. You must send your pick-up details in advance. My guide Ursula was amazing. She began by giving an overview of all the places we were visiting and where they were. Ursula had a lot of knowledge of history and current affairs. She was able to answer all my questions and answered things I didn't even know to ask! When I mentioned I wanted to purchase a certain item, Ursula was relentless at finding it for me. Ursula was very professional, but a lovely lady. At the end of the tour I felt I made a friend.

We really enjoyed our city tour, a great way to see the city if you have limited time. The main square and convent were highlights - especially seeing the library inside. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. For the short drives between stops he kept us entertained with background and photos about the upcoming sights. We finished the tour with beautiful sunset views over the ocean from Parque del Amor.
