Huaraz, a city located in the midst of mountains and beautiful landscapes, will be our starting point to then visit picturesque villages in Callejn de Huaylas, and the archaeological site of Chavn de Huntar.

Your day, step by step
Day 1
Huaraz
Transfer to the bus station and departure to the city of Huaraz. Arrival in the evening and transfer to the hotel.

Overnight in Lima.
Day 2
Huaraz
Sightseeing at Cordillera Blanca. This day we will travel along the Santa river valley, between the Cordillera Blanca and Cordillera Negra, appreciating picturesque villages and towns like: Carhuaz, Yungay, Mancos and Caraz, and the most important peaks of the Cordillera Blanca.

Hiking at Quebrada Llanganuco. We will climb up to Llanganuco lake, located in the Huscaran National Park between the Huscaran and Huandoy mountains, which shows a spectacular view of its turquoise blue waters with a variety of plants and animals.

Overnight in Huaraz.
Day 3
Huaraz
Archaeological Exploration at Chavín De Huantar. Visit to the most representative ceremonial center of the Peruvian High Culture, over 3,000 years old, considered as the first Peruvian high culture. Here we will appreciate its monumental architecture with sunken plazas and underground galleries, the fine lytic art with the outstanding “Lanzon de Chavin”, the “Estelas”, with anthrop-zoomorphic figures. Outstanding are also de “Portada de las Falcónidas” with its columns and cornices, and the “Cabezas Clavas” surrounding the Main Temple.

Return to the hotel. In the evening transfer to the bus station and departure back to Lima.
