What your day looks like

This is the ultimate day trip adventure where you will experience nature both at sea and on land – beginning with a paddle across the fjord (roughly 3 km over) to the majestic mountain of Hiorthfjellet. After this, we change out of the kayaking gear and prepare for the hike up towards the top where lunch will be had with panorama views! The Arctic Challenge is a bucket list tour when visiting Svalbard – are you up for the challenge?

Max Size for dry suit: XXL Max Height: 195cm You must be able to swim, but do not need any kayaking experience to participate as the tour guide will provide the necessary instructions. This is a long trip, and almost 1000 altitude meters, so you should be in good physical shape and be experienced in hiking in uneven terrain to participate If you have a physical disability or are a family with family members below 16 of age, please reach out for the possibility of a private tour Altitude: up to 1000 meters (3280 feet) Maximum ascent: up to 1000 meters (3280 feet)
