The Experience
What your day looks like
This is a full day where we cycle the old mountain pass that used to connect Møre og Romsdal with Sogn og Fjordane. This trip should be on everyone's "bucket list"! We start in the small village of Hellesylt, passing quiet and beautiful waters, waterfalls, and mountain farms. The trip is technically easy as we follow the old road from Hellesylt towards Flo and Oppstryn in Stryn, on asphalt, gravel, and paths. One way this trip is about 25 km, and at the highest point we reach 550 m above sea level. It takes us about 2.5 hours to get here. From this point and back, we have a gentle downhill for long parts of the trip, a perfect end to the day. With our strong electric bikes, we get a little extra power up the hills, and you will get the feeling of flying upwards. This trip is perfect to combine with a visit to Geiranger, which you can easily reach with a ferry ride from Hellesylt.
