Silent Lysefjord & Pulpit Rock Cruise
What your day looks like
First, we visit the Vagabonds Cave, a narrow outcrop in the side of the fjord, and we discover its secrets. Afterwards, we continue to Preikestolen. Translated as “preachers' pulpit”, Preikestolen is a sight unrivalled in Norway. The rock formation towering over 600 meters above you seems to defy all laws of nature, and it’s a stunning sight to see. Lastly, we visit the 75-meter-tall “whiskey” waterfall, and you will learn from our guides why it has received this name. While our guides share stories and the history of Lysefjord, we keep our eyes out for wildlife as well. During the cruise, we have a chance to see wildlife, besides plenty of birdlife, there is a chance to see rarer animals such as sea eagles, mountain goats, and possibly even porpoises.
