Giant's Causeway and Titanic Experience tour from Belfast port

This was a somewhat disappointing tour for our group of 10. We did the described tour in reverse, starting at Dunluce photo stop and then the Giant’s Causeway. We then headed back to Belfast to tour the museum. We did not do the other two stops in the description at all. The tour started on a delay as the operators noted they were having difficulty with their iPad system. Our guide was informative but as the day went on made several comments about “people in the back talking”, veering away from the tour information. Our group was in the far back of the coach and were not talking but those mid bus who were chatty were less distracting than his continued comments. He also made a bit of a racial slur at one point that made some uncomfortable. At the end he point blank solicited gratuities which was something we did not experience on any other tour during our 14 day trip. Aside from the variances from description and comments above about the guide, the stops were very short. There was very little time to eat or even use the restroom. Knowing what we know now these locations, they would probably be best toured individually.
