Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Meeting & Pickup
ASL Premium Lounge Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check from 'Entrance E', turn right and past the British Airways lounge, then take the spiral stairs to the Mezzanine Level. Lounge signage is displayed at the bottom of the spiral staircase. For an alternative route, after Security Checks from 'Entrance D', turn left and past the duty free shops, then take spiral stairs to the Mezzanine Level. SDS Sky Lounge Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, turn left and the Lounge is located at the end of the main departure lounge, after passing the arts and craft shops. Oasis Executive Lounge Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, the lounge is beside the Air France/KLM lounge. The Gabfol Lounge Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check from 'Entrance D', turn left and proceed 100 meters towards the E-Wing where the Lounge is located.The lounge is in the center of the terminal next to KFC. Skyway Premium Lounge Location: Airside - After Security Screening from 'Entrance D', turn left and proceed 100 meters towards the E-Wing where the Lounge is located. Passengers clearing Security at the 'Central Entrance' turn right and then the Lounge is located straight ahead. Follow signs. The Gabfol Lounge Location: Airside - After Security Checks, turn immediately to the left hand side where the Lounge is located. LLegads Arrival Lounge Location: Landside - the lounge is located in Main Terminal Wing E, Arrival Hall LLegads Arrival Lounge Location: Landiside - Before Secuirty Check, the lounge is located opposite the Baggage Hall, Wing D.
