Client said this one started out bumpy. Driver said he was a substitute, clearly didn't want to be there at first but he redeemed himself - much better through the day. Clients enjoyed the tour. On a related note, this company did not show for another tour scheduled with this client, so I am leery about using Safar in Amsterdam again.
