This product allows you to enjoy a single entry to the lounge(s) listed below. Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

What to know before booking
Meeting & Pickup
Regus Lounge Location: Landside - Before Security Check, the lounge is located on the top floor of an eight storey building which can be directly accessed from the airport's arrivals and departures hall. Aspire Lounge (No.41) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, follow signs for 'Lounge 41', located on the Panorama Deck on Level 3. Aspire Lounge (No.26) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, turn right and follow the signs to the lounge. British Airways Location: Airside - After Security Check, in the non-Schengen area the lounge is located above departure areas 2 and 3 on the top floor in lounge 40.

I appreciated having lounge access for a 4+ layover in Amsterdam. It was much more comfortable than sitting in the terminal. The lounge, however, was very dirty and with fewer food options than I've experienced in other lounges around the world. It was also confusing on which lounge to pre-arrange, given there are several Aspire lounges in this airport. I was re-directed to the appropriate lounge, and it was not near my departure gate, so there was much walking around to figure out where to go.

We pre booked lounge access for stopover connecting flights. Even though the lounge was at capacity, the pre booking allowed us to enjoy the lounge. Good selection of food and comfortable areas to relax. Well worth the price if connecting flights is hours away!
