What to know before booking
Included
Round-trip transportation in a comfortable air-conditioned van from most hotels in Riviera Maya. Professional, bilingual, attentive staff. Snorkel in the underwater world with top-notch snorkel gear (if weather conditions permit). Exciting water activities like paddleboarding and water mats. Life jacket.
Not Included
$15 USD dock fee must be paid at the pier. Souvenir Photos (available for purchase). Gratuities.

Restrictions
The minimum age to board the catamaran is 4 years old, for water activities, it's 8 years old. Guest must be relatively fit and must be able to swim. For safety reasons we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions or conditions that can cause loss of consciousnes. Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.

reasonably priced, very enjoyable, age groups were well organized; great snorkeling in spite of there being 3 boats full of people trying to snorkel in the same area they were organized well enough it wasn't too uncomfortably crowded and you ran into someone else's fins only occasionally; the crew were very service oriented and friendly in addition to being safety-oriented; food was not "exactly" gourmet, it was pretty healthy and for having to serve a crowd on a boat, they didn't do too bad. One of the young men kept calling me "honey," and "dear," and I wanted to tell him I wasn't that old.
