Restrictions
If there is an odd reservation, this person will share the ATV with a tour guide. People with problems in the back, shoulders, neck, or recent surgery. Maximum weight allowed on the ziplines is 120 kg (265 lb). Only children older than 4 years old allowed. Minimum driving age is 16. Travelers aged 16-17 can only drive accompanied by an adult. For safety standards, the use of electronic devices is forbidden during the activities (cameras and smartphones are not allowed).

People were friendly. Did not like that the tequila tasting is prior to driving ATVs and that centone is prior to zip line and ATVs would prefer to relax in centone after zip line and ATVs.

It was more tourist than advertised. We expected more natural and less buildings. Our factualities was enthusiastic, fun loving Loved the Mayan dancers at the end and tacos. Enjoyed the cenote jumping in Wasn’t a fan of the sales pitches

It wasn't a good day. It poured raining the whole time. No one apologized or offered any compensation. And the ATV kept cutting out on us , we had to change 3 different ones. They need to upgrade the ATV's period.

Danni is the best!!! Seriously 10/10. She treated my family like rock stars. She went above and beyond. I was so scared of heights and she made me feel so much better. The entire staff was awesome. So much fun.
