What to Bring
It is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes and bring a swimsuit and a towel, sunscreen, insect repellent, camera with a strap, extra cash, debit or credit card for lunch or souvenirs, and a sweatshirt (morning tours from November-February). Arrive to your selected pick up point 15 minutes prior your departure time.
Restrictions
With prior notice, we do our best to accommodate the special needs of physically challenged individuals. People with the following can NOT participate in the Speed Boat Ride and Zip Line course: - Pregnant women - People with heart conditions - People with chronic back pain or shoulder problems - People who are unable to walk up steps - Intoxicated individuals Our Land Transportation option is suggested for pregnant women, children under 5 years or people with a heart condition, back pain or shoulder problems to enjoy all the other activities.
Meeting & Pickup
We offer Speed Boat Transportation from Nuevo Vallarta or Jungle Truck Land transportation from Nuevo Vallarta, Marina Vallarta Area, Hotel Zone or Conchas Chinas. Please select the best pick up point according to your location. By land – Jungle Truck: - Nuevo Vallarta by land: The meeting point is at the parking lot behind the Business Center. Departure time: 8:45 am. - Marina Area by land: Los Veranos Office is located next to Chedraui Playa de Oro Grocery Store. Departure times: 9:15 am | 11:15 am. - South Area of Vallarta/ Zona Romántica Area by land: The meeting point is at the OXXO Convenience Store in Conchas Chinas. Departure times: 9:50 am | 11:50 pm. By sea – Speed Boat: - From Nuevo Vallarta: Located behind La Joya Hospital in Paradise Village. You will find our check-in tent on the far left side near the dock, in the parking lot behind this building. Departure times: 9 am | 11 am. - From Marina Area: Los Veranos Office is located next to Chedraui Playa de Oro Grocery Store. Our staff would walk you over to the cruise ship terminal area (about a 5-minute walk). Departure times: 9:00 am | 11:00 am. A $33 Mexican pesos, cash only (Approx. $2 USD), maritime terminal fee, will be required for departure. The boat will take you to Boca de Tomatlan (20 minutes) and we would pick you up on one of our vehicles and take you to the canopy site (about 15 minutes).
