The tour was fun and our guide, Leon, was great! However, upon check-in Cactus Tour's nailed us with additional fees. We were aware of the park entrance fee, but the ATV insurance was no longer optional and was mandatory. And the ATV "included in the prepaid tour price" had no power steering, no suspension, and was manual transmission. We all had to pay to "upgrade" to have ATV's with power steering, suspension, and automatic. We had a group of 22 people, and each of us had to pay an additional $95 per person at the desk, which was unexpected and a smoke screen.
