Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

Safari Comfort Lounge (T1) Location: Airside - pass the Check-in counters and take the lift or escalator to Level 1. Proceed past the Security Check and Passport Control, turn left and follow signs to the Lounge. Safari VIP Lounge (T1) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, take the lift or escalator to Level 1. Proceed past the Security Check and Passport Control, turn right and follow signs. Take the stairs next to the cafe up to where the Lounge is located.
