Enjoy the Amboseli National Park on a 3-day tour from Nairobi with transfers from the city’s airport and hotels, one of the best parks in Kenya to see the highest mountain in Africa - the mighty snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. Against this magnificent backdrop roam vast herds of elephants accompanied by a kaleidoscope of other fabulous beasts like lions, buffalo, cheetahs, giraffes, gazelles, hippos, and wildebeest to name but a few. Safari is all-inclusive and professionally organized. Sometimes during peak season in July - September it might be a group tour (maximum 6 pax. in a vehicle) Additional expenses: beverages, souvenirs. Options: visit of Maasai community

Day 1
Nairobi
Welcome to this trip, we hope you will enjoy it! You will be picked up from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your hotel / accommodation in Nairobi at around 08:00am (you are briefed on your exact pick up time once you confirm where you are staying in the city). Then you will depart to Amboseli National Park arriving in time for check in and lunch at 1pm.

Sightseeing at Mount Kilimanjaro. You will have an introductory late afternoon game drive at app 4pm in the park with a perfect view of Africa's highest mountain, Kilimanjaro.

Wildlife Safari at Amboseli National Park. Game drive: njoy the full day in Amboseli National Park. Wherever you travel within the park you will remain under the watchful gaze of the imposing Mount Kilimanjaro. The vast herds of elephants for which Amboseli is known, seem dwarfed by comparison. Enjoy your picnic lunch on Observation Hill at 1 pm. After your lunch we continue with a game drive and get out of the park at 4 pm for 2 hours of optional activities: * Visit to Maasai village

This is the end of your trip, we hope you enjoyed it! Leave Amboseli National Park at 10:00am. You can be dropped off either - at your hotel in Nairobi - at Nairobi airport JKIA - at Namanga border control (and take a shuttle which is going to Tanzania)

From my travel clients: Timothy was an excellent guide. Provided detailed information and was very patient with answering all of our questions. The transportation option could have been better as our van got stuck a couple of times during the safari, and when it rained heavily it leaked in the interior. Overall, a good experience and Timothy did his best!
