Your day, step by step
Day 1
Amman
Sightseeing at Petra. You will be transferred approximately 2.5 hours to the rose red rock city Petra, a must-see in the Middle East. The legendary capital of the Nabatean is famous for its grandeur and marvelous architecture, and you have the opportunity to see a part of it today. Upon arrival at the Visitor's Centre start with your guide to the Siq, a narrow gorge, until you reach the beautiful Treasury, Al Khazneh, the most famous monument of Petra. From here continue along the Street of Facades and if time permits to the Royal Tombs. Walk on your own back to the Visitor Centre.. Overnight in Petra.
Day 2
Aqaba
Sightseeing at Mount Nebo. Madaba and Mount Nebo Visit: Drive to Madaba to see the famous 6th-century Mosaic Map of Palestine in St. George’s Church. Then, head to Mount Nebo, where Prophet Moses is said to have gazed at the Promised Land before his death. Visit the ancient monastery and enjoy panoramic views of the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and parts of the Holy Land. Aqaba
Sightseeing at Wadi Rum. Free day by your own in the Dead Sea . There are optional tours while you are in the Dead Sea, Please contact us for more details. Wadi Rum 2 hrs (4x4) Tour Without Overnight: You will be transferred to Wadi Rum to enjoy a 2-hour 4x4 jeep tour, following in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia. Explore the sand dunes, hike through them, and visit the natural rock bridges. After the tour, you'll depart with memories of the stunning desert landscape.
