Day 1

In the morning our representative meets you with a sign with your name outside the front of your cruise ship. Passing by the majestic of Wadi Rum desert and the Sharah Mountains direct transfer about 1.5/2 hours to the rose red rock city Petra, a must-see in the Middle East. The legendary capital of the Nabatean is famous for its grandeur and marvelous architecture, and you have the opportunity to see a part of it today.

Sightseeing at Petra. Upon arrival at the Visitor's Centre start with your guide to the Siq, a narrow gorge, until you reach the beautiful Treasury, Al Khazneh, the most famous monument of Petra. From here continue along the Street of Facades and if time permits to the Royal Tombs. Walk on your own back to the Visitor Centre.

After buffet lunch at a restaurant, we drive you through the kings' Highway with views of Dana Natural Reserve, then to the Dead Sea , the lowest point of the earth.

Relaxation & Fun at Dead Sea. Free time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel : Mud Bath, floating in the Dead Sea, swimming and relaxation.

Leisure. Optional Activities for this day : Bethany Visit to Bethany beyond the Jordan (Baptism Site), the place where Jesus Christ was baptized by St. John the Baptist. It is now one of the 3 most important places of pilgrimage in Catholism. This costs an additional $17USD per person for the entrance fee. Vehicle Surcharge 1 – 3 guests $30USD in total (per vehicle not per person), 4 – 6 guests $45USD in total (per vehicle not per person) Mt Nebo and Madaba. Mt Nebo is where Moses is said to have stood and gazed out on the Promised Land. A short drive from Mt Nebo is Madaba where you will visit the St George’s Church and see the famous 6th century Mosaic Map of the Holy Land. This costs an additional $3USD per person for the entrance fee. Vehicle Surcharge 1 – 3 guests $50USD in total (per vehicle not per person), 4 – 6 guests $80USD in total (per vehicle not per person)
