Our cooking class with Sho was one of the highlights of our trip to Osaka! Sho was engaging and knowledgable. A favorite part was going to the market to shop for ingredients and other treats. Also, the class was held in his home which made it that much more relaxed and cozy. I highly recommend this market tour and class! We can't wait to make the recipes we learned at home!
