Mt Fuji Area Tour From Shimizu Port / Van Taxi

The guide was truly exceptional and went out of her way to ensure we were all getting the most of our day full of information and guidance. The transfer vehicle was extremely comfortable for our group and the driver was also very professional. The owner of the company went beyond when one of my clients in the group left his cell phone in the bus and they were able to ship overnight the phone to ensure it got to the hotel the morning of disembarkation from the ship. Remarkable company, guide and driver. Love the excursion stops but mainly the personnel!!!!!

The tour was fabulous for our group - the guide was exceptional and the transportation was comfortable and very clean. We could not see Mt Fuji due to the clouds but, we enjoyed a marvelous day.

I highly recommend this tour and especially our fantastic guide, Miyuki Suzuki. Miyuki's English was excellent and her knowledge of the area's economy, history and stories added greatly to the tour. I was with my 93 year old parents, and she adjusted the pace to suit their needs. They had a wonderful day with Miyuki. She also took photos of us together at each location. This was so thoughtful since it is difficult to get photos of a family together while traveling. Our driver, Mr. Ochida, or Ochi-san, was terrific. My father had a wheelchair and Mr. Ochida put the wheelchair in the van and had it ready for my Dad to use whenever we were at a new sight. He was very accommodating and patient. We were given gifts at the end of our time together, which made the day even more special. I will certainly use this type of private tour the next time we cruise. It was a great experience!

The tour was amazing, the guide and driver were great. We went to an amazing water fall and a pond with a perfect view of Mt Fuji. We also visited a beautiful temple and grounds. Overall, a great experience.

We had a great tour with Michiko. Our ship docked very late due to windy conditions, but Michiko and the driver waited for us to dock! The manager kept in contact with me via What's App, which was very helpful and we were able to locate them as soon as we got off the ship. We had a wonderful tour. The van is very comfortable and we had eight passengers. We were able to see a tiny bit of Mt. Fuji due to the weather. We also went to the lake and Shiraito Falls which is beautiful and peaceful. I would recommend this company for private tours instead of using the tours of the cruise line.

Our guide, Kyla, was informative and engaging with the entire group, and offered a good alternative (Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center) when when bad weather thwarted our plans to view Fuji from the Lake.
