Closed on December 25-26 & January 1-2 (Japan Time) A minimum of 2 guests is required to book this tour. Solo travelers are not accepted. We cannot accommodate Gluten-free and Vegan guests (however, with advance notice we can handle pescatarian menus and shellfish allergies). If you have any concerns about DR, you can always contact our booking team.

Meeting & Pickup

The meeting point is between the SHIBUYA STATION Hachiko Exit of the JR Station and the Shibuchika Basement Department Store entrance. If you head outside of the JR station facing towards the Shibuya crossing you will find your guide to the left, standing right between both landmarks. Please do not confuse the JR Hachiko Exit with the Hachiko Statue, the statue is extremely crowded and not our meeting point

Before Booking

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. *Please keep in mind, however, that we cannot make an allergy-free or dietary restriction food guarantee since food is prepared in kitchens that do not belong to Arigato Travel. Also, some stops may not have a viable substitution but we will make every effort to compensate at different stops throughout the tour. Are you willing to eat something with Dashi in it? For those who are unsure, Dashi is a stock used in a lot of the foods found in Japan, it is made of edible kelp and skipjack tuna, also known as bonito, flakes or dried sardines or anchovies. Are you willing to eat fish and partake in pescatarian options for the tour of your choice?
