What your day looks like
Come be part of a fun, immersive experience and learn to make one of Italy's most iconic foods, Pasta! Along with our professional chefs, you will learn how to create a delicious egg pasta dough that can be used to make various pasta shapes. You will prepare 3 traditional pasta types along with 2 fresh, yummy seasonal sauces to accompany your pasta. The chef will provide tips and suggestions for you to easily replicate the dishes at home! While your pasta dough rest, join the chef in creating one of Italy's most beloved treats, gelato! During the gelato demonstration the chef will share the history, traditional ingredients and techniques for recreating this delicious treat back at home. The chef will provided tips and suggestions for finding the best gelataries while exploring Italy. A digital recipe booklet will be provided so that you can recreate the recipes with friends and family.

Fun! What a great experience. The chefs were entertaining and the food, amazing! While we make pasta at home, we learned how to make it Exceptional and the sauces were delish. However, I would not recommend for young children.

What a great evening! We were a party of four on vacation from Florida. Jon and Federico P. , our chefs of the day were a lot of fun. The pasta and gelato we made were delicious. Just a great experience and fun night instead of going to a restaurant for dinner. When we come back to Florence, will definitely come back to Towns of Italy Cooking School.
