The Experience

What your day looks like

Your tour begins at one of Rome’s most iconic landmarks — the Colosseum, the perfect spot for a memorable family photo. To kick off the adventure, your child-friendly guide will hand out interactive activity booklets designed to keep young explorers engaged from the very start. As you explore the Colosseum together, your guide will bring history to life with exciting stories of gladiator battles and wild animal hunts. Children are encouraged to imagine the thunderous cheers of the crowds, the roar of animals, and the adrenaline-filled atmosphere of ancient Rome — making history vivid, immersive, and fun. This tour is thoughtfully designed with kids in mind. Your guide will continuously ask questions, encourage participation, and use the activity booklet to spark curiosity. You might even be surprised at how much Roman history your children already know — and how much more they’ll discover along the way. After the Colosseum, continue to the Roman Forum, once the bustling heart of ancient Rome. With activity guides in hand, your family will explore temples, ruins, and public spaces that once shaped daily Roman life. Kids can climb over ancient stones, drink from authentic Roman fountains, and solve final challenges as they navigate the Forum from every angle. At the end of the tour, each child receives a special Liv enamel pin as a keepsake of their adventure. The final stop brings you to the remains of the Temple of Julius Caesar, where the tour concludes with interactive storytelling that engages both kids and adults alike. This experience is designed for the whole family and promises smiles, laughter, and lasting memories. Please note: depending on availability, the tour may begin at the Roman Forum and continue to the Colosseum, but the experience and content remain the same.

Amazing tour for our four kids (ages 3-11). They were engaged with all the gladiator facts and loved seeing all this history up close and personal. Would highly recommend this tour for families.
