This class was like a celebration. The chefs/instructors took their time, gave great advice, and helped when needed. It was amazing how much we learned and created in such a short time. Afterward, we all sat around a table like family and ate all the pasta we had just made with plenty of wine and laughter. This experience was a highlight of our trip.

Recently, we joined this pasta-making class in Rome, and it was an absolute delight! We all gathered in a charming kitchen, and the small group made the experience feel cozy and personal. Our passionate chefs, guided us through crafting fresh fettuccini and ravioli. We also learned to make a delicious pasta sauce for the fettuccine. For desert, delicious homemade gelato. The tips our chefs gave us and their humor kept us laughing, and the hands-on lesson felt like cooking with friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our creations including the glasses of wine, making it a highlight of our trip. We highly recommend this class for an authentic, fun Italian experience! After returning home, I emailed the chef with a question. I received a very quick response. So awesome!

Experience: I would rate it a 6 star if I could. Only one suggestion, that I had asked for soft drinks due to my body has issues with alcohol and I had under age kids. We were only offered water.
