Paris did a wonderful job being personable and working with our group of 10 of all age and ability levels. She engaged the entire group using easy-to-follow directions and demonstrations. We had many laughs and truly enjoyed ourselves. My favorite part was enjoying our creations at a pre-set table with beautiful ambiance.

I was a little concerned about taking my teens to a three-hour cooking class, but I should not have ever worried! Mimi, our chef, was exceptional and very engaging with both her stories and instructions. We enjoyed every minute - and the food afterward - and are ready to keep using the skills we learned back home. It was the perfect start to our Italy trip!
