Continue to to a true Florentine Hidden Gem part theatre, part bookstore and part bar, with a wine window as well to taste some amazing Tuscan cookies. We will bid farewell with a glass of Vin Santo. It's a quintessential Tuscan ritual nobody should miss! Food Dictionary: Ribollita - a classic Tuscan soup that's made with white beans, vegetables, and hearty day-old bread. Panzanella - Tuscan-Style Tomato and Bread Salad Pappa al Pomodoro - Tuscan-Style Tomato and Bread Soup Lampredotto – the fourth stomach of a cow, boiled in a broth and served on bred rolls with salsa verde Fettunda - slice of roasted local saltless bread with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil Cantucci - known as Biscotti di Prato, are traditional Tuscan cookies Vin Santo - Vin Santo (or Vino Santo) is a smooth, sweet dessert wine made in Italy, but predominantly in Tuscany.
