Absolutely amazing food tour. Project Expedition always finds the best guides throughout the world. Our guide Laura was top notch. We visited a part of Milan we would have never experienced without her. It was a part of the city with canal’s reminiscent of Venice on a smaller scale. We visited 5 different places, trying a dish in each one while Laura provided us with a history of the location. We finished off with our main course of risotto with saffron (the official dish of Milan). Beautiful color and flavor. Our final course was gelato of course. A your not to be missed!
