What your day looks like
This full-day E-bike adventure takes you deep into the heart of Tuscany, riding through some of the most iconic landscapes in the Chianti Classico wine region. Expect quiet country roads, scenic views, peaceful villages, and plenty of stops to admire the beauty of Tuscany around you. The first part of the morning will be spent biking around beautiful countryside roads and villages between rolling hills. Your guide will share knowledge about the region’s traditions, winemaking history, and olive oil culture. At lunch time, we reach a family-run Chianti winery. Here, you’ll tour the property, the vineyards and the olive groves, meet the people behind the production, and taste a delicious home-cooked Tuscan lunch paired with their organic wines and fresh extra-virgin olive oil. Being a small family-run farm, all products are produced on the premises, and everything is organic and sustainable. After lunch, we will once again get on our E-bikes, eager to get back on the road! Our guide will choose the best route back for you to enjoy additional scenic hills and breathtaking views. This experience is a full day in the name of easy and slow-paced Tuscan life!

What to Bring
Important: you need to be experienced and fit to ride a bike safely and efficiently. The tour has some light off-road sections and downhills that can be dangerous for people not used / proficient at riding bikes. Also, E-bikes are much heavier than regular bikes, so they are more difficult to maneuver.
Restrictions
We have optional bike trailers for younger kids, but you will need to write us directly so we can arrange the tour for you privately! Please be aware that we are not a bike-learning school. We reserve the right to deny any participant taking part or continuing the bike tour if we feel the participant is unable to operate the bike safely. No refunds are offered. Our tours run rain or shine! Consider that in Tuscany most of the time it rains for a couple of minutes and then the sun shines again!

The most fun we had on our 8 day trip. The other couple did not show so it ended up being just us two. Our guide, was great and the views were amazing. The vineyard, La Pia was beautiful and the food was excellent. Well worth the money. Highly recommend!

It was a great tour. We had a great day after days of rain. We had a forum of 4 which made it more personal. La pia winery was exactly why we wanted, a private home of Italian wine that had olive oil and wine. The biking was not too hard especially with the e-bike. The views were spectacular and it was a nice way to get out of Florence for the day.

Our guides, Alejandro (and Giulia) were very fun, willing to answer questions and provide random facts, gave some history about the region, and were there to ensure all the bikes were working smoothly and that everyone was comfortable
