Ian was professional, engaging & very informative. My husband developed a sinus infection so I did the tour solo. Felt very comfortable w Ian. It started to rain & we continued on. Eventually my mobility scooter malfunctioned & Ian called the mobility scooter rental company to come to our hotel to fix the problem. My husband was following us on his phone and came to us when the scooter died. He and Ian pushed it back to our hotel . My heroes! Would recommend Ian without any reservations!

Ian is a true gentleman. My husband had a sinus infection so I did the tour solo w Ian. He was exceptionally informative & pleasant. My mobility scooter malfunctioned about 3/4 way during the tour. My husband came to us via Track My Phone & Doug & Ian pushed it back to our hotel. Thank you, Ian for going beyond your. responsibilities, making me feel comfortable & the introduction to Dublin!
