From the Irish Whiskey Museum on Grafton street please make your way to McDonnell’s Bar (1st floor by Reception) at least 5 minutes before the tour is due to start. Your tour guide will call you for the start of the tour from there.

This tour was really great. The guide knew his stuff and you can tell he really loves his job when he's teaching you about the history of Irish whiskey. He added lots of fun and lesser-known facts which was really entertaining. I went because my partner really enjoys whiskey, but I thoroughly enjoyed the tour myself. The blending part just consisted of taking whatever you didn't drink and pouring it into a container for you to take home. I'm happy we got to bring it home (and I had no issues going through security at the airport), but you don't learn how to mix different types of whiskey at all. My partner finished all of the glasses provided and he didn't have anything to mix or take home in the end. We're both happy with the tour and enjoyed it immensely though!

We really liked this tour. Our guide Eoin was great. We experienced a very different tasting than we did at Jameson. My husband and son really enjoy Whiskey and my daughter and I learned a lot about the different flavors. Highly recommend this as well as the premium Whiskey tasting and tour at Jameson Bow Street Distillery.
