A perfect private tour! Our driver and guide, Rudi was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Our first stop was the Tirta Empul Temple. Rudi gave interesting information about the various temples and the Balinese religion. We wore the traditional sarong and learned temple etiquette. The coffee plantation was very interesting. Our guide gave us a tour of the garden identifying various fruits and herbs used in making the coffees and teas and we learned the coffee making process. We also saw Luwaks and leaned about the process for making the famous coffee from Luwak Pooh. The tour was followed by a tasting and shopping for tea and coffee. Next we enjoyed a visit to a wood carving studio and art gallery. We then headed to the Tegenungan Waterfall. We elected to take the classic photo from above but you have the option to walk to the waterfall and take a dip. The next stop was the Sacred Monkey Sanctuary. We were able to get wonderful photos and videos of the monkeys. Rudi helped us get the best video of a baby monkey. The jungle swing was next… very exhilarating; the guides were excellent photographers. Swing dresses were provided. Lunch was included at this stop. There was an earlier option for lunch as well. We opted to skip lunch and just enjoyed a coke and freshly made chips after the swing ride. The last stop was the Tegalalang Rice Field. Very scenic; and Rudi explained the planting irrigation harvesting and processing process. There are various activities available at this location as well. Lots of options for the private tour, enabling you to tailor the day to meet your interest. Rudi was a wonderful guide. We truly enjoyed our full day of exploring Ubud.

Great way to see lots of sites in a short amount of time and cheaply. Make sure you take a monkey selfie!
