This product allows you to enjoy a single entry to the lounge(s) listed below. Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

Plaza Premium Lounge (T3 Domestic Departures) Location: Airside - After Security Check for domestic flights, follow signs 'Lounges' from the G/F Gates and take the escalator on the right hand side down to where the Lounge is located. Plaza Premium Lounge (T3 Domestic Arrival) Location: Landside - After Immigration Check, the Lounge is located near Exit Gate 1. Plaza Premium Lounge (T1D Domestic) Location: Airside - After Security Check for domestic flights, the Lounge is located on the left hand side of Level 02, Mezzanine Level. Plaza Premium Lounge (T3 Int'l - A) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, go straight ahead for 5 minutes . Follow signs 'Lounges A' and take the escalators on the left hand side up to level 3. Plaza Premium Lounge (T3 Int'l - B) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, follow signs 'Lounges B'. Turn right after 'Guardian' Pharmacy and take the lift to Level 4. ITC Hotels Green Lounge (T3 Int'l) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, follow signs 'Lounges A' and take the escalators on the left hand side up to the where the lounge is located. Plaza Premium Lounge (T3 Int'l Arrival) Location: Landside - After Immigration Check, the Lounge is located opposite Exit Gate 6. Plaza Premium Lounge (T1D Domestic) Location: Landside - Before Security Check, the lounge is near the escalator.
