Budapest Private Walking tour With A Professional Guide
What your day looks like
Budapest is a subtle blend between sophistication and simplicity. With the “gentle waves” of the Danube separating the city into Buda and Pest, its long history engulfs every street and every corner, offering you the experience of a lifetime. Overall, the city has a fin-de-siècle feel to it, as most of the buildings, you will see today were built in the late 19th century, the so-called “golden age” of the Hungarian Capital. You will learn about: The golden age of Modernist Art The Ottoman invasion The Austro-Hungarian rule Hungary’s 1100-year-old history The story of the first King of Hungary The Chain Bridge and its Lions The castle and Mattias Church

What travelers are saying
We had a wonderful trip!! Jan Gordon did a fabulous job throughout the whole planning process. She communicated very well and booked a lot of wonderful excursions. We will definitely turn to Jan with future trips. Thank you Jan Mary Corirossi
We thought Budapest was a beautiful city with a lot going on. Our guy did a wonderful job explaining the city and the sites, unfortunately, we had an unexpected rain storm shortened our tour. But she made sure to get us back to our hotel before she had off to go back home.
Our guide AnnaMaria was very knowledgeable.
Very knowledgeable but spoke too much about facts. Would have appreciated incorporating comments about the neighborhoods we walked through.
