What your day looks like
This is where the adventure starts, a good balance of animal energy. With cute slow three-toed sloths to super energetic white-faced capuchin monkeys, the park also has a few other residences such as guinea pigs, scarlet macaws, and Amazon yellow-neck parrots that you can interact with. A great tour for an age or liking. If time permits you also have a complimentary option for a quick stop at a local restaurant (the tab is on you) visit Macaw Market or just head back to the port and relax.

Meeting & Pickup
You will meet outside your Coxen Hole Port of Roatan cruise terminal. Look for Gate No. 1, exit through the gate and the operator from “Roatan Getaway Tours” will be OUTSIDE your Roatan cruise terminal in the meeting area holding a sign with their name ROATAN GETAWAY TOURS.

We had a fabulous experience on this excursion to the Monkey & Sloth Park. We were able to get up close and the staff was very attentive. They shared lots of interesting facts and answered any questions. We highly recommend taking a trip to see these monkeys and sloths!

Had a wonderful experience on this excursion. Kate saved the day when my elderly Mom couldn't get into the van. We thought we weren't going to go, but Kate jumped in, got her own car, drove us to the sanctuary, waited for us, and then returned us to the ship. I truly cannot say enough about the surprise of this kind and personal service. The monkeys and sloths were amazing to see up close. Highly recommend this company and tour.
