Day 1

A shuttle will meet you at the airport with your name on a card in time for your arrival. You will meet the driver outside of customs as you exit the building. You will be transferred to your hotel in Antigua.

Today we’ll ride one of the many trails that put Antigua on the map as a great MTB destination. See our menu of half-day rides for what’s available and most to your liking!

Day 3

Antigua

Mountain Biking at Lake Atitlán. On the 1st day of our traverse across to Lake Atitlan, we ride a mix of footpaths and dirt roads, with some single track. We pass through the towns of San Andreas Itzapa and Zaragoza, as well as smaller farmsteads, en route to Tecpan, where we stay in a converted flour mill beside a river.

Day 4

Antigua

Mountain Biking at Lake Atitlán. Today we have an epic cross-country ride, following an old Spanish Conquistador corridor between Antigua and Lake Atitlan. We cross between rivers and climb to the caldera's edge overlooking the lake, then finish with a great single-track descent.

Overnight stay at a 3-Star hotel in the lively town of Panajachel.

Day 5

Antigua

We transfer out in the support vehicle for about 45 minutes to a ridge high up and to the north of Lake Atitlan.

Mountain Biking at Lake Atitlán. Biking back down to the lake, we enjoy technical single-track and sections of slick rock ridge riding.

We then transfer by boat to the cliff-side hotel of Casa del Mundo.

Stay at Hotel Casa del Mundo, Jaibalito

Day 6

Antigua

A free morning at the Casa del Mundo for swimming or kayaking or just relaxing. Returning back to Antigua in the afternoon, you will have some time to stroll through the streets and enjoy the many markets, cafes, restaurants and bars that make Antigua such a great fun city, before we meet up for our farewell dinner.
