My guide, Vassillis, was amazing. He was clearly knowledgeable about both ancient and current Athens history but, most importantly, he was eager to share his knowledge of the foods and beverages that are plentiful in the central Athens area. We went to several local restaurants where we sampled the food, liquor, and wine. We topped of the night at a rooftop bar with a magnificent view of the Parthenon. If you get to Athens, take this tour and be certain to ask for Vassillis as your guide!

This was hands down one of the best tours we have taken. Our guide, Vassilis, was extremely knowledgable on all things Athens and was such a great guy to wonder around the city with. We loved the food and drinks we were given and the spots were fantastic, specifically the last one where we could see the Acropolis at night. We would easily do this again and recommend to everyone!

Theo was the best guide ever. We got so much information about the city and the neighborhoods we walked through and it was funny and interesting. Each bar or restaurant had very good food, and we enjoyed whatever beverage we chose. We tried raki at stop #2, and that was a first! One thing to know is that there is A Lot of food on this tour. Come hungry. If your guide is Theo you will have a great tour.

Our guide was great! The literally took my hand and we ran through the streets to follow the processions (Easter/Jesus). We had great food, wine and learned so much. Highly recommend.
