Forget the stress of timing the trains (with about 6 hours of travel time alone on the train incl. waiting in lines - we skip all that!!). We’ve pre-reserved your skip-the-line tickets so you can spend your time where it matters: taking in the views at Mary’s Bridge and exploring the castle’s insane interiors. Before your castle interior tour, choose your own adventure: Feel the G-force on the Kolbensattel Alpine Coaster* —Germany's most scenic 1.6-mile rush—or take a self-guided stroll through the storybook village of Oberammergau. Between stops, relax in our modern coach (WiFi & WC included) and enjoy a brewery lunch with a castle backdrop. Our guides handle the timing; you just handle the fun. Safety First: If the winds get too spicy for the chairlifts, the coaster stays closed. In that case, we’ll treat you to extra time exploring the painted facades of Oberammergau.

Not Included
The Entry into the Castle is only allowed with a guided tour. These tickets are optional and can be purchased from your guide on the day of the tour. Cost of the tour is 26,00€pp. Kids 17 and under cost 3,50€pp. The Alpine Coaster is also an option and costs 18,50pp. Lunch is offered but not included in the tour price. We stop for lunch at a local Bavarian Brewery. Drinks are offered on the bus and are not included in the tour.
What to Bring
Check the weather as the Alps can be tricky. Wear sturdy, comfortable footwear. Apply sunscreen in summer. Sufficient cash to pay for castle tickets, coaster, shuttle, lunch, and gratuities
