Born in Singapore, she then spent 10 years in Rome where she hosted home dining events and food tours in some of its most historic neighbourhoods, before moving to Cologne in her 30s. Her cooking reflects both cultural influences and personal discoveries, with recipes passed down through family or uncovered along her own path. Every dish comes with a story, making her classes as much about conversation and connection as they are about food.
