My clients enjoyed this tour. In the planning stages, we inquired as to whether tickets to the gardens were included and we were told they were not. So, we bought tickets to the gardens. But, they were included with this tour.

Our guide was fantastic. The meeting place and getting started were well organized. The crowds for the holiday time were too much, but not our tour guides fault obviously. She still navigated 12 of us through the Versailles Palace well and taught us a lot. I would definitely suggest this tour at a non holiday time.

The guide was not friendly and even argued with one of the guests. He did not seem prepared and did not seem qualified to lead this tour. Versailles was extremely busy ( not his fault) but he started talking about something in the next room before any of us could see what he was talking about. We left the tour after an hour as this tour did not provide any value added.

Our tour guide Manuela was WONDERFUL! My 1 star is not in any way due to her. Manuela was forced by the company Paris City Vision to hold our tour for a few participants who were late. We waited 45 minutes for these late patrons. Only half of them showed up and then didn’t even attend. We stood outside the palace in the freezing cold and rain because the company said Manuela had to. We lost almost one HOUR of our day, of our vacation at a very large property that needs every moment of your time. I am so disappointed that my time was apparently less important than someone else who could not be bothered to show up on time. The booking specifically states if you are late then you will miss the tour and not be eligible for a refund. The companies lack of desire to enforce their own policies and devaluing my time is absolutely inexcusable. I came all the way from the USA to Paris, somewhere I may never be again, and time I can never get back. Be aware, you may want to look into other companies and ask about whether they enforce their policies or not.
