What your day looks like
Let’s visit the Santa Claus Holiday Village and cross the Arctic Circle! The tour starts at the office where you will be provided with professional winter equipment for Snowmobiling. The adventure starts when you will get your Snowmobile and set off to the Arctic Circle. The first must-to-do in Santa Claus Village is to cross the Arctic Circle! Close your eyes, hold hands, make a wish and cross it. Remember that you are at the magical place and no doubt – the wish comes true!

What to know before booking
Included
Guide in English (other languages available on request: Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese) Winter clothes (overalls, boots, gloves, balaclava and helmet) Snowmobile ride: approximately 1 hour Santa Claus Village Visit (Self-guided - around 3 hours of free time to explore the village on your own) Arctic Circle Certificate Pick-up and drop-off are available from selected hotels within 10 km of the Rovaniemi city center. Guests staying within a 5-minute walking distance will meet at the Nordic Unique Travels office. Kindly make sure to provide the correct address exactly as shown on Google Maps.
Restrictions
Children under 3 years old are not recommended to attend this tour. Twin driving means two people share one snowmobile and take turns driving. Our tour guide will stop halfway through the tour for you to switch drivers. If you want to upgrade to a "solo driving" experience, please make a note on the booking and we can request this upgrade directly with the tour operator after booking. We accept driving licenses from all nationalities as long as they are valid and not expired. Please remember to bring your license with you on the day of the event. Snowmobile driving requires at least 18 years old and in possession of a valid driving license. If the child is taller than 150 cm, they can be seated at the back of the snowmobile while paying the adult's price. If the child is under 150 cm, they can only be seated in the sleigh. Please be informed that all snowmobile tours are canceled and being replaced by ATV rides instead until further notice due to the weather conditions at the moment in Rovaniemi with insufficient snow for such activity. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by adults paying the full price Infant under 2 is complimentary.
