Pick up was confusing, I'm guessing different definitions, several of us went to the area where the security guard was, thinking security guard, security. This happened to be way past where the other security was. Maybe a sign on a stand instead of a person that might be talking, looking the other way, can only hold the sign up for so long. Also I believe there were 2 or 3 staff. it might make sense to not stand together but one on each side of the exit. The tour itself, interesting, covered a good area.
