We had a great time on the Warner Bros. Studio Tour!! We were so glad to have our tour guide, Claire, who told us all the inside info on the filming and the actors. We also enjoyed the train ride to the studios. It was a great day!

It is a great tour with lots of extra information that you wouldn’t find out without a guide, and it’s helpful to have someone take you through the crowds, but if you’ve been to Universal or the actual sights they have filmed HP, you may be underwhelmed.

Once we arrived at the Warner Bros Studio the tour was fantastic. However the transportation getting to the Studios was a mess. Some of it was due to train cancellations, but our guides through it all were totally disinterested in us as custormers. It took us 2 1/2 hours to get to the studio. We spent most of that time waiting for trains and buses.

One of the best tours I’ve ever been on! Ary was our guide and was very knowledgeable and excited about sharing everything with us about Harry Potter. So much behind the scenes tidbits you would not know otherwise. Now have to rewatch the movies and look for the things he told us about. Only downfall was the transportation with the tour company & the HP buses. We were 1.5 hours late for our scheduled tour because the London trains were all delayed and once we got to the correct train station to catch the HP tour bus to the studio, it was another 45 minute wait because of all the people already in the queue. The studio was excellent in getting us in, when we finally arrived. Then leaving to get back to the train station was a joke. Over 300 people waiting in line. A bus would pull up, put on a “Not in Service” sign and go park. This happened 3 times. We finally found out they were recharging. No one was there to make announcement’s to let people know what was going on and after waiting almost an hour for a bus, we opted for an Uber.

Excellent! It was an incredible look behind the scenes of the Harry Potter movies. Our private tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable. What a fun day!

Our visit to WB Studio would not have been the same without this tour. Having a guide for your small group of 8 or less is the way to go! 90% of the people are wandering around with an audio headset while we had a live person who could answer questions. She would also go behind the railing of each exhibit and bring out some props for us to see up close. There were a number of people trying to join our group, but the guide would nicely tell them this is a private tour. There were a number of areas with a long line of people waiting and our guide would take us around to a back entrance to see the exhibit. My family loved it.

I don’t recommended a tour that begins at or after 12noon. It takes FAR too long and the guide is less than interested in making sure you have a personal experience. It may have been lovely for a morning tour, though it still would have been an expensive tour focused on the guide.

Kerri was warm and funny and super knowledgeable on all things Harry Potter. She made the tour unforgettable!
