What to Bring
We recommend bringing essentials like a camera or smartphone for photos, a small umbrella (just in case!), and comfortable shoes if you plan to do any walking. Also, don’t forget your sense of adventure!
Restrictions
Smoking is not permitted in our taxis. No hazardous materials are allowed to be carried in our taxis. All of our taxis are wheelchair accessible. However, if a person remains in the wheelchair for the duration of the tour it may limit the number of people the taxi can accommodate comfortably. Just let us know and we will work it all out. Collapsible wheelchairs and child pushchairs can be stored in the front of the taxi cab.
Meeting & Pickup
Your Taxi Tour Guide will pick you up from your London hotel or any other central London location that suits you. We will send you an SMS text to let you know your Taxi Tour Guide has arrived. When your private tour is finished we can either recommend a drop-off point that is in keeping with your themed tour to maximize the sights you see and fun you have that day. Otherwise, we would be happy to drop you off anywhere in central London that suits you.

Absolute best 5-hour London tour! Request Lee! We had a 24-hour stopover on our way to Italy, so I booked a tour of London highlights. What a great time we had with Gary Palmer! He was in touch prior to our tour and was waiting for us right on time--actually a bit early! He was most engaging, knowledgable and great fun! We felt like we were old friends--the banter and laughs made the tour that much more enjoyable. He showed us all over London and we learned tons of cool information! From my clients: The taxi tour on Sunday was amazing. Paul was our driver and he was perfect. We saw many things about London and heard a lot of history. We had called the company earlier to find out about getting a black cab to take us to Heathrow. After our tour, Paul took us back to our hotel to get our luggage which was being held, then he drove us to Heathrow. That was very nice.

Simon was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and amazing. We were able to see everything on the list and more! Because of his strategic planning and getting to know us, we were able to get see the changing of the guards. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! We learned so much and had so much fun doing so. When we come back I will request to do a tour with him again. His tour will be one of top highlights from this trip for sure!!
