Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

Meeting & Pickup
Executive Lounge Location: Landside - Before Passport Control and Security Check, first register as a cardholder at the airport information desk near to Check-in counter No.1. Info desk staff will provide door code to enter on Lounge door keypad for access. After Passport Control and Security Check the Lounge is located in the main departure lounge, East Wing. Follow signs.
