Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

What to know before booking
Meeting & Pickup
Aerospa Location: Airside- Terminal 1, International Departures Aspire Lounge (T2) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, turn left to the coffee shop 'Europa', go upstairs via the lift. Go through double doors, and the lounge is on the right handside near gates 210, 211. The Escape Lounge (T3) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check and turn right towards the shops. Turn left, pass 'Dixons' and take the elevator or stairs on the left hand side to Level 3. The Lounge is located before the main Duty Free Shops adjacent to the 'BA Executive Lounge'. Aspire Lounge (T1) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, proceed through Duty Free. Follow signs for 'Executive Lounges'. Turn left between Next and Dixons then take stairs to the floor above (level 2).
