Magic of London with Cream Tea at Harrods
What your day looks like
St Paul's Cathedral: The morning part of the tour begins with a visit to St Paul’s Cathedral where we enter as their doors open. We will explore the masterpiece designed by Wren in 1673 with a professional guide, taking time to listen to the 1695 organ that Mendelssohn once played and visit the tombs of Nelson and Wellington. Please note on Sundays there will be no guiding inside the cathedral due to church services. Next, a photo stop outside Westminster Abbey before we head to the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace: Buckingham Palace is the home of the British monarchy. The Palace was The Queen Elizabeth II’s residence in London as well as her administrative headquarters. Watch the world famous changing of the Guard ceremony as The King's Guards, dressed in their fabulous tunics and busbies march to military music. Free time will be given for lunch and our guide will be happy to recommend places to eat. Afternoon: The Tower of London: Arriving at the Tower of London built in 1066 by William the Conqueror, our guide will regale you with fascinating insights into the history of this Royal Palace and fortress. Ample time will be given to view the Crown Jewels and the White Tower and to wander around this imposing fortress. Private guided cruise on the River Thames: Enjoy our new private and exclusive river trip that passes Shakespeare’s Globe, Cleopatra’s Needle, London Bridge and The Shard. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge from the river before we arrive at London Eye Pier. (Private cruise exclusive to our customers operates during summer months.) Exclusive Cream Tea in The Harrods Tea Rooms: Since opening in 1911 as London’s largest restaurant, The Georgian at Harrods has epitomised luxury, dedicating itself to creating unforgettable memories. The Georgian is the finest possible rendition of a quintessentially English tearoom. Guests are set to enjoy freshly baked plain and fruit scones with clotted cream and chef-made jams, with over 35 teas to choose from to accompany the offering. With beautiful surroundings to match, and world-class service, you’ll also enjoy live music during your visit. It’ll be an experience to remember.

What travelers are saying
We loved every aspect of this experience! Our guide was Carol, and she is an absolute gem. She was a joy to listen to and talk to, and she filled every minute of the experience with history and stories. Touring St. Paul's Cathedral was definitely a highlight. We were not prepared for how beautiful it is in person. Our cream tea experience at The Georgian restaurant at Harrods was top-notch! We were allowed to linger there as long as we wanted over delicious tea and scones. We drank two pots of tea and were offered more scones if we wanted them. I would recommend this experience to anyone, and hopefully you will get Carol as your guide!
The tour was Amazing and definitely worth the price. Our tour guide, Frank, was not only knowledgeable, but considerate of the attendees and those that were not quite as fast as others. Adequate time was given for us to explore on our own and dine wherever we wanted to. I would highly recommend this tour to see the highlights of London in a single day.
This was a great tour. The Champagne Afternoon Tea was very enjoyable.
There were no reservations for the Tea which was suppose the highlight of the tour. I had to wait 2 hours without reservations until the Harrods staff was able to squeeze us in. The entire tour was delayed due to arriving late and the entire experience felt rushed.
A fantastic day in London with our guide Carol! Everything was fantastic. Ending the day at Harrods for tea was awesome!
Fantastic tour - highly recommend! The guide, James, was very knowledgeable about London and highly engaging. This was a great way to se the highlights of London in 1 day. We took a bus tour of the city where he shared many interesting facts, visited Tower of London, took a boat tour, had tea at Harrod’s, saw the changing of the guard festivities, and more!
