Wine Tasting Taste the following Gusbourne English sparkling wines: Brut Reserve 2022 Opulent and elegant with biscuit notes, toasted cobnuts, delicate spice, and a long, zesty finish. Rosé 2019 Complex sparkling wine with red fruit flavors, spice, minerality, balanced acidity, and a gold medal from the International Wine Challenge. Blanc de Blancs 2020 Aged for a minimum of 52 months with notes of grated ginger, freshly baked croissants, toasted hazelnuts, and a distinct mineral finish. Blanc de Noirs 2020 Gold medal winner at the Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships 2025, featuring ripe raspberry, red apple, blueberry, and extended lees aging. Oak Reserve 2019 Gusbourne's boldest English sparkling Chardonnay, featuring structure, spice, generosity, and maturation using large-format oak vessels. Cheese Pairing Enjoy a curated selection of cheeses with biscuits or crackers selected to complement each wine. A gluten-free or vegan substitute is available if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
